I had the absolute pleasure of working with and getting to know Kendra. They lady knows her stuff, was very patient with me and our company, and very understanding when our old insurance wanted to be hard. Kendra goes above and beyond for her clients. In most cases, you never need to deal with an insurance agency until a loss occurs. This was my case and sadly, this agency failed to be an advocate for me regarding a loss that was not my fault. I would cut out the middleman and deal directly with an insurance provider instead of dealing with the overhead of agencies where the additional cost for staffing and location are passed on to policy holders.
