Michael Walker is very professional agent and very nice person, he helped me to lower my house insurance rate and I can't believe how smooth the transaction was!!! I'm very happy I went to Michael and Allstate!! A++++ again thank you for everything Michael!!!
I have been a customer of Michael Walker for several years but I have been unable to reach him for the past month about the increase in my premium. I have left numerous messages for him with his answering service and sent emails. It is very frustrating and Allstate makes it almost impossible to switch agents. I am resorting to leaving a Google review to warn other customers.
I have known Mike for about 7 years now. I recently went to him for insurance after my old co. raised my deductible to 2% and my rates by 50%. I got a 1% deductible and my premiums were lower that my old insurance co before the increase. Mike is easy to reach in the phone in case you need guidance on anything too.
