excellent customer service - Michael is always available and extremely responsive to any query or change.
Michael Kuster is usually responsive and helpful. But office staff are horrible. Receptionist would not let me speak to Mike, and insulted our gifted, responsible daughter who has insurance through our family policy there. Allstate offers no discount on your policy for covered college students who do not drive or have a car. Allstate offers no method to submit any complaint to them. Allstate left my small business at risk by mishandling my business insurance policy.
We switched from another agent and glad we did. We were looking for friendlier service and also got better rates

Auto, home, and business insurance coverage for decades, Michael Kuster is one of the few agents who is actually responsive and helpful. I don't agree with how Allstate corporate handles things but Michael is terrific if you decide on paying for Allstate coverage.
