I was with Allstate for over 15 years and never filed a single claim. Despite that, I was treated poorly by agent Michael Garcia — unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely lacking in customer service. After years of loyalty, I left because I couldn’t trust him to handle my insurance needs. I strongly suggest avoiding him and his office.
