Ridiculous that’s I gotta say. I have had issues with them changing my address a few times. Come to find out after seven years of having life and auto. They never changed it so now canceling made it even longer process.. But they have no problem taking my money every month

Have used Micah‘s agency for years. And have noticed a trend that they do not respond to calls or emails in a timely manner. Most recently, I called and emailed to cancel one of my policies due to an extraordinary increase, which understandably is not his fault, but after two weeks with no confirmation, they charged a very large sum to my account that should never have been charged and I still cannot get a callback from them. I feel the customer service. Here is very poor.
