Hands down one of the worst agents we have delt with. Added their DriveWise spy app to our policy despite explicitly declining it. We requested the bills to be after a certain day of the month and was assured that was no problem. After the first time it was a problem and they "fixed" it, we found out they were canceling our auto-payment and manually processing it which cost us our auto-pay discount. I have never in my 50 plus years been treated so bad by a business,I bought a policy for my Harley at a ridiculous price and later purchased a car and called to get coverage and was told that they could not and would not write me a policy because I didn't have an auto policy 4 months prior.i just purchased the car why would I have a policy on an auto if I didn't own one,then the lady tells me that my harley is not a motor vehicle when I said I bought a policy for the bike 6 mo=s ago.anyway I'll spare you the bullshit, but I'... read more
