If I could I’d put zero stars, I bet alot of these 5stars were either paid or they got some sort of discount for the review. My experience with Allstate after 3 years of being a customer is not pleasant to say the least, a lot of them are very rude when they don’t agree with you , they cut you off don’t care what you have to say they just want their money. I established this when they randomly started charging me for “2months in advance “ payments to renew my policy first time they said it’s only this one time because I miss... read more
