Very horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this office for your insurance needs. Matthew doesn’t care to answer any questions or concerns. No one seems very knowledgeable. I really got myself pickle trusting this office.
Always had very professional help from knowledgeable people, with the correct advise, and in a timely manner.
"Customer service is a priority at our agency...". Except when it involves leaving a voicemail and/or an email. Then blaming the client for his staff's inability to communicate.
