Do not trust this agency. Thay can't handle a simple windshield claim on a UTV
This is a very unethical insurance agent! I called them and told them to terminate my home owners insurance a month ago due to price increases of 30% every year after never having a claim. I have new insurance that is about 60% cheaper with the same coverage. This guy Matthew is a scammer. He sends me a letter yesterday (Friday) saying I will be billed 1700$ on monday and their office is closed for the weekend. This is a month after my phone call. Save your time and headache and go with a more ethical insurance agent.
For the most part, always had good experiences with Allstate so I became complacent. That is, until my son turned 16 and got a license. This company is not friendly to teenage drivers. Made a switch.
