Difficult to speak with an agent over the phone.
We had to send updated policy declarations for a refinance on our home. I had the ability to connect with my agent and her colleague, Debra. It was the last thing needed to get our underwriters to sign off. Also was surprised to find out that my homeowners policy had me covered for fire, too. We have bundled with Allstate and Suncoast for several years, now. Never a reason to complain.
Changed my billing procedure without notice. Getting towed 73 miles cost me 400 with this insurance
