I don't recommend this business at all! My father has been with them for 6.5 years, they refuse to pay for his roof even though in the contract it clearly say they cover it in the insurance plan they have, they have shown proof that they're roof is only 12 years old and they committed fraud by saying it's 63 year old when it's clearly not, due to them not paying for the roof my parents house has gone through major damage, leaks in the living room ceiling, ceiling damage, wall damage ect. I appreciate having a local agent to deal with when I have questions or worse yet, claims. I would never do business with a company that only provided an eight hundred number for claims or questions regarding accounts. Glen is very in tune with what's going on and is there to offer solid advice on how to proceed in the event of a claim. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and clients looking for insurance.
