Avoid this person. Once you make a claim, they can double your insurance premium!!! If you just make an inquiry, they will record it as a claim. Honest advice: Find another insurance agent.
The agent is nice and knowledgeable. She liked to answer my questions. The premium is fair and better than others. If I called them, I always needed leave message. But they called back in short time.
The rep is not knowledgeable at all. if you wanna save some money, they don't really customize your need. just input your info to the system. seems like no enthusiasm.
Margaret owns a rental condo and is terrible about communicating with neighbors about water leaks. I can’t imagine her business practices are much better.
I want to post this because my friend who is very nice doesn’t want to discus her insurance with the owner of this office at lake city, Margaret wang, at the first month my friend get charge $ 163.43, second month plus shelter in place payback . Second month 140.20 plus 1.50, third month 158.17, plus 164.94+1.50 same month !!!! Fourth month was 217.67+1.50 plus 73.08. Is been up. Raising prices.
