Extremely rude exchange after I was referred to Lois by another Allstate insurance agent. I was on the market to insure my classic car as a daily driver, and not only did she brush me off and give no context as to why Allstate wouldn't be willing to insure me after being referred there, but she suggested Hagerty, not even taking the time to know my usecase or really knowing what she's talking about. State Farm is much nicer, and I recommend them instead!
Lois has been not only responsive with any questions or concerns that I have had with my car insurance, but has been professional and courteous every step of the way. She also has been a major asset for homeowners insurance as we have worked towards buying our first home. I feel like I am getting the best prices consistently and that Lois is putting in the extra effort to get us the best of both worlds, protection and finding discounts for the best prices.
This agency has always been very knowledgeable and quick to respond about any questions I have! Love working with Allstate.
