Good services and excellent team!
Like another reviewer said, Lisa’s assistant/receptionist with the Cantonese accent Annie (not Amy nor Amie) is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t know answers to simple questions. She could have said, “ I don’t know the answer, but I will find out and get back to you.” Instead, she would say things like “I don’t know” and end at that. I’ve called a few times for different questions about my current case, the last being a three way call with my claims adjuster and Annie.
