Lisa is terrible worst insurance agent I’ve had she doesn’t answer her phone I’ve tried to add a motorcycle to my policy for 2 weeks since it’s not a vehicle I have to talk to the agent to add it she has never answered the phone in the 3 or 4 years I’ve been with them I don’t know why i stayed and gave her my money she won’t do anything other than change your policy every month and give a different price on a monthly based when it’s only supposed to renew every 6 months Allstate insurance was good its just their agent lisa h... read more
Sad to say it but I have tried to get ahold of her for 3 weeks now and left voicemails. Does not respond and then has the audacity to say “well I do answer my phone and call back” just simply not true at all would not recommend unless you like to listen to voicemail recordings.
I do not recommend this agent. Lisa doesn’t respond, and doesn’t even notify her customers when their homeowners policy is to terminate (due to an underwriting error). I had to go to another Allstate agent for help to understand our problem and get it rectified. I couldn’t even get Lisa to respond with a quote for us to move two additional vehicles to our policy. I would never consider returning to this agent after the frustration and stress she caused.
This rep is very unprofessional. I tried calling her, leaving a message, and emailing. She never answered or returned my calls. I have been with them for 6 years and didn't have a problem until now. Then I tried to cancel on the toll free number and got aggravation from India.
