I stopped in with a friend to work on something, very professional
Would probably give 0 stars if possible. Quite likely the worst agent. She does not communicate, does not answer the phone, does not return texts or emails and does not return phone calls or voicemails left. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Obviously I do not deal with her every month of every year but over the last 4 years have tried with little to no success for three separate issues, one of which was just trying to confirm rates and coverages. Lisa is terrible worst insurance agent I’ve had she doesn’t answer her phone I’ve tried to add a motorcycle to my policy for 2 weeks since it’s not a vehicle I have to talk to the agent to add it she has never answered the phone in the 3 or 4 years I’ve been with them I don’t know why i stayed and gave her my money she won’t do anything other than change your policy every month and give a different price on a monthly based when it’s only supposed to renew every 6 months Allstate insurance was good its just their agent lisa h... read more
Sad to say it but I have tried to get ahold of her for 3 weeks now and left voicemails. Does not respond and then has the audacity to say “well I do answer my phone and call back” just simply not true at all would not recommend unless you like to listen to voicemail recordings.
