I have such a wonderful experience with this Allstate Agency. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Their customer service skills were 6 at rating based on 5 as the highest. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. Letitia your agent is a 5 STAR‼️

If I can give this rating a zero I would. Letitia has the most nasty attitude it’s crazy. She talks to people like they are nobody. She dogs her employees out and then she emails me talking about believe what you want to believe and saying something about I don’t listen. Who does she think she talking too. She changed my policy without my consent and charged me and now denying it when she had Shirley calling my phone. Run from this agent!!!!
