I love Allstate insurance. I have been with Allstate for 6 years now, however this agent Gutierrez was nice when I first enrolled to Allstate, then brushed me off and was extremely rude. This agent would not understand my situation, he kept telling me gibberish, so i couldn't make any changes to my auto policy and told me good luck finding another insurance company that will accommodate my request and hung up on me.
