Ms Aguilera & her team are always very attentive & I’ve had the best customer service experience ever with them. 10 ⭐️ if I can give them that or more for their excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!
She rarely answers her phone & don’t get a call back either.
Allstate is a good company but you can switch the agent if you don't like Laura Agilera's attitude.
Pleasant people but they often don't answer the phone and often don't return messages quickly. I have waited 2-4 days for a return call which forced me to call Allstate directly for an answer. Considered changing agents twice in the past.
I would put a 0 for help today. So disappointed in the service I got today 0 help. Been with them forever and always took care but today I’m so furious that they can’t help their clients that’s been with them forever.
