Rates suddenly went through the roof even with a clean driving record. I cancelled my policy and went elsewhere. Months later I was put in collections for a non payment to allstate for the billable month AFTER I cancelled the policy. All done through this office...
Scammers! Canceled a policy with them and they didn’t officially cancel until 2 months later. The agent don’t know what they’re doing. Some workers also do not know how to talk to customers at all. Go to statefarm or anywhere else
All the 5 stars rating has to be computer generated ratings. This agent is the most unhelpful agent that I have ever encountered.
