GREAT customer service as Bethany and Stacy are extremely helpful and always treat you like family!! It's a great organization!!
Our aunt passed away and had deeded her home to my disabled son, previous to her death. Despite religiously paying premiums on-time, even after her death, our communication re: total loss of above ground pool (in weather related incident), have gone completely unanswered. I'd say they lack customer service, even at ground level. I am searching for new provider.
