I had to post an update to this - true colors coming through - do NOT believe the commercials - you are NOT in good hands with Allstate.... I take it all back! II judged too soon! Allstate is the WORST by far! There was a problem with my payment one month because I had been issued a new bank card and forgot to update the numbers. Without warning or even contacting me to correct the oversight, my policy was canceled, and I was out of insurance more than 30 days before I found out! Fast and very helpful
The only reason I’ve stayed with the company is because it’s one less thing to worry about during my ****** treatment. (The worst customer service) and u guys over charge and without permission. Ur just not top on my list of things that I need done right now
I can always count with my insurance team with Kyle to take care of business, do research and send Insurance cards when needed.
