I contacted Allstate Insurance today and spoke with Michelle Ringler regarding a problem with our homeowners policy. I explained the situation to Michelle and she not only confirmed that our renewal had been paid (in July) but also our renewal is effective tomorrow. 8/28/2025. Sara was amazing. She help me over and beyond . I reached to her accidentally , didn’t have an appointment and She helped me with something that her group was not even doing instead of refusing me she asked me to sit down and she helped me with my insurance process and it took a good hour and 1/2 and she took that time !she was so patient and helpful.
