Very unprofessional never called me back after she assured me she would call back can’t be trusted.
Nobody answers phones or responds back to emails. The worst customer service I have been on the receiving end of. Have questions about my policy and there is nobody able to assist! Stay far away from this brokerage. I should have went with Travelers. I'm still waiting on someone to get back to me and it's been over 2 weeks.
Had the agent for about a year now. Terrible communication. I’ve reached out several times and have yet to hear back. I have to call in the company number in order to get any help. Probably the worst agent I’ve had in my 20 years of home insurance.
