Stephanie is a mean older lady who doesn’t have the patience to truly help someone in need. Simple questions could not be answered in a professional manner. Horrible rates from Allstate and horrible service from Stephanie. Would not recommend her but her staff was always great!

Our son was moving to a different state for work and I called Stefani for advice on the policy transfer. She was so helpful and gave several options. She did not transfer me but took the time to help us, which I sincerely appreciate. Thank you so much, Stefani!
