Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Confrontational over the fact that I refused info they do not need nor do i have access to all so they can keep charging me an extra 150 dollars a month.
I have been an Allstate customer since 1978. I moved from Illinois to Alabama then to Indiana. Therefore, I changed agents. I bought a house a couple of years ago. I will never refer or deal with this agency again. I was spoken to in a manner that was so disrespectful. I asked to speak to Kevin and was told that he doesn’t speak to clients.
