Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Confrontational over the fact that I refused info they do not need nor do i have access to all so they can keep charging me an extra 150 dollars a month.

I have been an Allstate customer since 1978. I moved from Illinois to Alabama then to Indiana. Therefore, I changed agents. I bought a house a couple of years ago. I will never refer or deal with this agency again. I was spoken to in a manner that was so disrespectful. I asked to speak to Kevin and was told that he doesn’t speak to clients. I do NOT recommend insuring through them. Absolutely zero communication on their part. Agent went MIA and it took their office over a month to reach out to me during work hours after I had left countless calls, texts, and even Facebook messages. They only attempted to reached out to me ONE time too, and weeks later at that. I have never experienced that much lack of professionalism especially as a business owner myself.
