Allstate robbed me they don’t want refund the money for a insurance I didn’t use they charge my mortgage company 3800 and something dollars for a full year I end up using it for 5 months only I called them to cancel back in December 2024 and the incompetent person that worked there didn’t do the job right now am stuck with an extra 325 dollars on my mortgage all they said there is nothing they can do i wonder I could hire a lawyer someone that can point me in right direction
If I could give 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend that if you are shopping for insurance or are currently with this agency, please look else where. Solid customer for over 8 years. As time progressed we were hit with the excuse of "due to higher volume of claims in your area, your policy has increased.". Payments would vary by about $10 per month, always up, never down. After call after call to the agency to ask if we could please do something about policy as amount of money was way too much for a monthly payment. Go... read more
