Marc was not only good to me but my sister as well! Very good at communicating what I was getting and got me more coverage for less! Switched from progressive, slowly but surely my rate kept inclining so I called for just a quote and glad I did!
I am a current customer and have tried to call this office about a dozen times. I've left messages to call me back. They will not answer and will not call me back. Found that I was being charged about double for homeowners and auto insurance than any other company including other agents of allstate. But my agent won't call me back. Had to call their call center to cancel my policies so I can go with another company.
Allstate robbed me they don’t want refund the money for a insurance I didn’t use they charge my mortgage company 3800 and something dollars for a full year I end up using it for 5 months only I called them to cancel back in December 2024 and the incompetent person that worked there didn’t do the job right now am stuck with an extra 325 dollars on my mortgage all they said there is nothing they can do i wonder I could hire a lawyer someone that can point me in right direction
