I being with Allstate for 4 to 5 years and we are very happy with the services they have provide for us.
You will not get any attention from this office. In closing on a property I tried various times to get a quote to no avail. You'd think they'd jump on the opportunity but not even my loan officer was able to make contact. I even tried to get a quote to bundle all of my vehicles and property and legend has it they are still "working on it". Absolutely unprofessional.
My insurance is way outrageous for a 98 Ford explorer with over 250k miles 160 a month and I have never been able to get ahold of this guy to ask why it went up so much and even when I purchased a new motorcycle I had to go through another agent to get insurance
Not very helpful when you actually need to use the insurance policies you pay for but will gladly take your monthly payment
Never answers. Never responds. Haven't heard back from this guy for months. At this point I'm just wondering if he's ok. Had to call other agents to get help.
