HOMEOWNERS POLICY CUSTOMER SINCE 2005 - Contacted them before renewal last year (Feb 2023) to inquire about options, knowing the market. Provided options (by JOSHUA) that were higher. Asked opinion on how to proceed, recommened to "stay the course". Renewal comes in 4K higher than options, total 11K = + 5K for the year over last. Looked over the renewal policy (provided wind mit and 4 pt inspection prior) and new roof was not updated in policy. I have been a customer of Allstate for over 60 years. I have had both homeowners coverage and auto insurance during that time. I have never been disappointed with the agencies during those times including the ones from my residence in Florida. I strongly recommend their coverage and guidance for all of your insurance needs.
Still no refund for towing so guess that is a loss even though we had road side service with AllState. So renewed with AAA. Canceled boat insurance since sold boat no refund. Got a lot of promises from manager but no action. So

Staff very professional. Rates in line with other companies when comparing our policy with reputable companies. No issues when someone backed into our Subaru in a parking lot and left. Very honest!.
