She was a terrible insurance agent. My insurance kept going up for no reason and I was with allstate since 2018. She was very rude and never tried to help. Her attitude towards me was as if she was talking down to me. I have no speeding tickets, accidents, and I'm a good driver. My insurance went from 227 to 364 in a couple months. I will never use allstate again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible customer service :/ never called me back when she promised a same day call back. Not sure if it was because I had an accident my record and she didn’t want to insure me… Nonetheless, being ghosted when I’m trying to bring my business doesn’t make any sense. Maybe next time!
