The rep there quoted me and I told him that it was the same as what I already had with State Farm to which he said "But We have 4 times the coverage." Then, I was like, it's fine I've never had to file an insurance claim and he tells me "But You will." I was like... Are trying to tell me I'm going to be in an accident? He's like statistically you will be. Annoyed I told him. No, I won't and I don't need that kind of negativity in my life and hung up. Who says that?!
I appreciate the personal service and I have no doubts that Kathleen will be an advocate if needed. I’ve already received more service in 1 year as compared to my previous agent over several years. Many thanks.
