Trying to get answers about my policy. I was told they were placing me on hold. Turned out they forgot to put me on hold so I heard a little bit of their conversation about me. And felt disrespected because they were talking about my situation and laughing about it. Then they hung up on me without notice and I was waiting for 15 mins. Poor team
