This office can't help you fix issues with billing and just gives up saying sorry you have to pay more money even though you paid in full. This happened for home and auto. Allstate wouldn't accept my employers health insurance waiver form 3 times, which made the auto insurance paid in full amount discount void and they won't fix it! 1-22-25 added 2 stars for handling our claims without any issues and they were very helpful.
I pay for home insurance and I’ve been with them so many years and I have a hell damage on my roof. They say no we cannot do nothing about it. Your roof is 15 years old.
I am happy with your service at this time, we have just signed up with Allstate and as long the price does not go up, we will continue to be wanting your business.
