Justin Harkleroad has changed the name/moved his business again in an attempt to evade all of the negative reviews he received from unsatisfied customers. As you can see from the negative reviews he has already received in the short time he has been at this new location, nothing has changed. If you want to spend your money on quality insurance service, go elsewhere. We were with Allstate for a decade when this lovely office messed up a simple auto switch on our policy, which let it lapse while we were on vacation. They kept calling my husbands old work phone even though I had updated with my number SEVERAL times as Stephanie and I would talk. Yet none the less I had to pay extreme prices with another insurance agency like I had a lapse in coverage since Allstate threw their hands up after giving them years of business.
