If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had when filing a claim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUSTIN CHAFFIN for your all-state agent. I would trust a wet fart after eating Taco Bell more than I trust him.

Very Disappointed in the Lack of Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my 79-year-old mother has received from Allstate Agent Justin Chaffin in Bowling Green, KY. My mother recently had a water leak in one of her bathrooms and promptly filed an insurance claim.
