I switched my homeowner's and auto insurance to this Allstate agency in March 2025. I rec'd a letter dated May 10th from Allstate and an email from my agent on May 15th stating some limbs needed to be trimmed and photos submitted by June 9th or my homeowner's would be cancelled. I’ve never spoken to Jud and I’ve had only one helpful person in almost 8 years as a (now former) customer. I was told incorrectly that I needed to keep a policy in place that cost me hundreds of dollars. The only person who was ever helpful was the woman who helped me cancel my coverages. They don’t even answer the phones prior to you going through a phone tree and even then sometimes they want you to leave them a message. Negative stars
