I’m trying to get my roof replaced due to hail damage. I’ve been trying since last October. Allstate has been terrible to deal with. Delay, delay, deny, make my roofer send in the same info over&over again. They have paid a small amount on the claim. They won’t even pay for what the county is requiring for a new roof as far as fire protection.
