La verda era mi segunda ves trabajando con ellos y esta última ves fue pésima les mandé la cancelación de mi seguro y nolo isieron y me cobraron 700 dólares solo por incompetentes de no aser su trabajo bien. Creo que no volvería con ellos a trabajar con ellos
You have better quotes and customer service through Allstate online or customer care. They don’t care, they are rude and very general when asking for details. As a matter of fact, go to the MVA for your registration and further details for less cost and way better guidance.
Do not go here, they will be as petty as they can be. I have a car that years later the MVA is saying about a lapse I was unaware of. Came to find out that they actually cancelled my policy before the due date when I transferred to another insurance company. I had called only to get more information about my benefits, told them they weren’t as good. No consulten aquí, porque solo buscan sacarle $$ a uno y los beneficios ni el servicio lo vale.
They don't care about costumers. They always put you on hold for longer periods of time. And finally when they answers the phone. They answer with a bad attitude specifically when it comes to speaking Spanish. Remember we all pay the same whether been ENGLISH OR SPANISH speakers. Shame on this people. Do not go to them. Find a different agent
