If you looking for insurance or have Allstate don’t go to this office. They only help you when you get you trying to get insurance after that they never return the call every time I call all I get is that they busy
Do not recommend.
Total lack of communication, didn’t process application in an orderly manner , messed up my auto insurance and unknown to me I was driving whilst not having insurance ! Total messed up experience with no solution ( except a very expensive one) no flexibility… certainly wouldn’t recommend

If you have Allstate, do t go to this office Jonathan is a good person, but never returns your calls, he always has his RUDE staff do it. Danny starts off nice, then becomes rude. But thankfully I found another agent and different insurance. After all these years I switched. I only have my house insurance with him and in the past omg it was difficult trying to get things done. I will soon have my house paid off and when I purchase a new home it will be with someone else.
