Jon Emmitt - 5 stars - excellent communication
Haha I have been an Allstate customer for quite some time. About a year ago my auto/motorcycle policies renewed there was a mix up with my auto-pay because I had gotten a new debit card, I caught it the day after they were to be drawn out and got it fixed. Fast forward to the next renewal and my auto/ motorcycle policies went up $75/$30, called them to find out why and they told me that it was because I hadn't had continuous onetime payments in the past billing cycle. I have to say I was really surprised when I switched to Allstate I saved money over the well known supposedly bargain insurance company. They also were really helpful to me when I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. They made sure the other insurance company made things right. My only setback was I didn't know I was going to be as injured as I have been from that experience.
