Compared to our previous Allstate, Kim Hawkey in Auburn, WA, we had an amazing experience w/ this Allstate: the product quality is outstanding & arrived faster than expected, couldn't be happier w/Ms. Jolene. In 2025, we called to pay my yearly payment in advance before the policy renewed; however, the owner, Ms. Kim stated that " I can do now for the payment b/c she has to do for her family reasons." The agency is fine if nothing ever goes wrong, but once you have a claim they don't listen you and just repeat whatever the underwriters tell them to.
Megan was extremely attentive assisting me with obtaining renters insurance. I searched high and low and by the grace of God I found Miss Megan! I will be forever grateful for Megan. There aren't enough stars in the atmosphere to rate her! I highly recommend Megan and there office.
