I've had a great experience with Jolene Weber regarding my renters insurance. I enjoy paying it all at once in the fall and not thinking about it again until the next fall. If I had a car or a home, I would use Allstate for the insurance.
I went in to their offices about a month BEFORE my policy renewed to discuss whether any changes can or should be made to my policy. They said I should just accept it as is without discussing any possible changes with me which was disappointing. About a month AFTER my policy renewed and was paid for the next 6 months, I then got a call from someone from their office wanting to discuss whether I should make changes to my policy.
