Update: the agencies response is a joke. It’s a failed attempt to save face. If Andrea was sick and I reached out after hours why didn’t she get back to me as in ever? Or one of the other employees including the agent himself? I’ve never heard from them again. Completely ghosted. I had to go through their corporate office to get my $$$ back. Moved my auto and homeowners policy to Allstate. When I read through the policies I realized that the conditions to receive the discounts were not communicated. One was tracking my driving via the drivewise app. When I reached out to my agent, Andrea, she was unresponsive. She was easy to get ahold of when I was going through the quotation process.
