I was with another insurance company and I just wasn't getting what I needed so I went to ALL STATE..They have been there for me ..I can call and if no one answered, they quickly call back, I can go in and they drop everything just to help me...I'm 54 yrs old and I've been with a few agencies, but All State has been the best...Thank you guys so much for showing me that I can depend on you to be there at anytime...
I just want to provide feedback on a claim I made with John Shepherd's All-State Insurance. The company’s service was unquestionably excellent. Everyone I encountered during this process was very kind and helpful. I must mention everything went fast and smooth. I have used All State for many years and am always impressed.
They really go all out to help you get best coverage for your needs not (overcoverage) so they can line thier pockets like others do thank you to my agents and thank you all put putting yourself in our shoes when trying figure a policy for us
Everyone here is real and easy to work with. Definitely small town energy from this national franchise. From day 1 they struck a relationship that feels more like friends and family than customer and agent. Liz was more interested in finding the right products for me than trying to sell me on anything. Very glad I stopped in!
