Terrible customer service with this agency, however excellent customer Service on the weekends through the Allstate call center. Better rates through the Allstate call center. Kunz charges the max amount he can, and available discounts changed from each year to the next. He yelled and told me that he was going to cancel my coverage when I tried to speak to him about it on the phone. I reached out through email and he, nor anyone else from his office responded. John is an amazing man. Always polite and friendly, and works like crazy to get you the best deal possible. I loved his energy and the way he put in extra time just to fix my mistake. I highly recommend.
