Evan can’t clearly listen to people. I have asked to be left alone and he wants to call over and over and text me over and over. I’m calling the main office over and over again tomorrow. Game on. Two can play this way. Hopefully a supervisor to Evan will be working on Friday April 25th 2025 so I can get to the bottom of this. I might even stop in, in person cuz why not I have free time tomorrow. Let’s meet these people face to face that won’t listen when you tell them you are not interested.
I would really like to acknowledge Jason Good in this review. I was initially with Progressive for a long time, and when they eventually screwed me over Jason was right there to help pick up the pieces. He addressed our needs, listened to concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout our transition. He continues to help me anytime we need anything, and always has the best attitude while doing it. I really appreciate him and all of his hard work/diligence and highly recommend!
