Recently, we made a change to our homeowners policy. When I received the confirmation in the mail, it did not appear to be correct, and I had questions. When I called the office, and asked to speak with Mr. Fagan, I was told he was not in the office and that I would need to speak with someone else. Since Mr. Fagan is listed as my agent on all Allstate correspondence, I wanted to speak with him directly, or at least leave a voicemail. It was Monday morning, just a little after 8:00. I was greeted by the lady that wears all the jewelry. Instead of saying hello, how can I help you? She abruptly said we are not open! A heavyset young man, said we don't open until later on Mondays because we have meetings. That door should have been locked. I told him the website said you open at 8:00 I'm sorry. I would rate this business 0 if I could. I have been to John Fagan's office in Hampton three times. I would rather get a root canal than go back. I went in today to pay my insurance premium for the year. I called their office and they said a cashier's check would suffice. So, I get there and they won't take a cashier's check for nearly $3000???? After a few minutes they send out Nicole Farmer (Operations manager) who started barking at me and would NOT let me speak. this went on foe ten minutes. They finally said that they w... read more
