A few years ago I had a much better experience with them, but now I can't seem to even get a response to an email. Hoping it's just a fluke for now, but I'm a bit wary.
John was supposed to take my auto insurance out of my account 12-05-19 he didn't , I found out when I got my bank statement by then I was driving around for over a month uninsured I could have gotten a ticket or if I had been in a accident I would have had no coverage and been arrested.
