Many thanks to Lara and Ana for shepherding the process of securing insurance before a house closing. Time was short and the hurdles were plentiful. Wiithout Ana's patient guidance I would probably have stumbled on hurdle #1. They get my hearty recommendation.
I switched my car insurance to John A. Morrison at Allstate and couldn’t be happier. He gave me a better quote than I had before, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Really appreciated how easy it was to get everything set up. Highly recommend!
Thankfully I never had to use this renter's insurance. BUT I wasn't aware that they do auto-renewals (no one bothered to inform me about it when I got my renter's insurance), it also turns out I was never sent the proper copy of a policy. The paperwork I got from them, as it turns out didn't even have the new policy number on it. And when I reached out to cancel, I was given a suspicious document with policy number I've never seen before and not stating anywhere that this is a cancellation of the current policy.
