Janet Hart is excellent in staying on top of things. She was willing to stay on the phone to ensure that we received the documents that needed signatures via email, however, this was not the case when we called to cancel our policy. She immediately hung up instead of waiting for us to email her a request to cancel and for her to make sure that we received documents from her end.
