I switched my car insurance to John A. Morrison at Allstate and couldn’t be happier. He gave me a better quote than I had before, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Really appreciated how easy it was to get everything set up. Highly recommend!
Thankfully I never had to use this renter's insurance. BUT I wasn't aware that they do auto-renewals (no one bothered to inform me about it when I got my renter's insurance), it also turns out I was never sent the proper copy of a policy. The paperwork I got from them, as it turns out didn't even have the new policy number on it. And when I reached out to cancel, I was given a suspicious document with policy number I've never seen before and not stating anywhere that this is a cancellation of the current policy. Janet Hart is excellent in staying on top of things. She was willing to stay on the phone to ensure that we received the documents that needed signatures via email, however, this was not the case when we called to cancel our policy. She immediately hung up instead of waiting for us to email her a request to cancel and for her to make sure that we received documents from her end.
