Spoke with Jessica about canceling my auto and homeowners account on the same date (two weeks from now) and she canceled my homeowners the exact day! I told her two weeks from the day because that was my move out date. No email confirmation or reference number either. If it wasn't for me checking my account today I would not have homeowners coverage right now. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a new policy since they can't reinstate the old one. Please retrain your staff!
the women who ever she was was a bit rude. she didn't want to seem to make me the favor to pay the policy she wanted me call the Allstate hotline.Even if the other agents aren't my agents they still do me the favor. she kept saying that the system changed and that she couldn't. i just did it last month. they uses my policy number thats it. but she was just rude. never calling this place again.
