Not the greatest agency!!! Office staff doesn't listen. Get blamed for accidents when someone hits you. Not the greatest experience.

I’ve been customer of Allstate for over 20 years. Attempted to work through an inaccurate report that came from Allstate inspection. This put my homeowner policy in jeopardy. Questions went unanswered for weeks. When I gave up and called to cancel the homeowner policy the agent, Jay, couldn’t be bothered to return my calls and finally when I sent email made it clear he couldn’t care less that I was cancelling.
