Sending unsolicited letter with no return address along with a photo of my home is most unsettling.
Poor customer service. I called Jim Northrup agency when my usual Allstate agent closed his office. My request to change agents was met with a reply that the agency does not take transfer clients because they do not get paid that way. Stated if we enrolled a friend or family member they would. I have never heard of such poor customer service. I will speak to corporate and spread the word to my friends.
I was seeking a more reasonable price for my auto & homeowners' insurance. Jim was able to work with me, answer my questions, and provide me with a more affordable quote for insurance.
